These Terms govern the use of the Capy iOS application and related web services operated by Dmytro Mishchenko (Individual entrepreneur DMYTRO MISHCHENKO, Tax ID: 306418793, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Capy ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Informational Purpose & No Medical Advice
Capy provides automated nutritional estimations, computer-vision meal tracking, and digestive wellness insights for general informational and personal tracking purposes only.
Capy is not a medical application, medical device, or licensed healthcare provider. The insights generated by the App are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition. Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before undertaking any significant changes to your diet.
3. Subscriptions & Apple In-App Purchases
Capy offers free core tracking features and optional auto-renewing Pro subscriptions purchased directly through Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period in your Apple ID account settings.
- All transactions, payments, billing, and cancellations are handled securely by Apple in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- To manage or cancel your subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Capy solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, illustrations, and trademarks within Capy are the exclusive property of Individual entrepreneur DMYTRO MISHCHENKO.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Individual entrepreneur DMYTRO MISHCHENKO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
