strictly for real-time eye color and iris analysis. We do not use your photos
for facial recognition, surveillance, or biometric identification, and we never sell your data
to third parties.
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
Iris AI (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is designed to help users identify and analyze eye colors,
patterns, and visual characteristics. To provide this functionality, we process the following:

Camera and Photos: When you take a photo within the App or select one from
your photo gallery, the image is transmitted securely via HTTPS to our analysis engine to extract
iris color palettes, biometric pattern metrics, and descriptive traits. The photo is processed
ephemerally and is not permanently retained or linked to your personal identity.

Local Scan History: Your scan results, color breakdown, and associated images
are saved locally on your device in your app-private storage. You have full control
over your history and can delete individual scans or clear your entire history at any time.

App & Device Information: We may collect non-identifiable technical data such as
app version, operating system version, and general error logs to diagnose crashes and maintain service reliability.

Purchases and Subscriptions: Purchases are handled directly by Google Play
(Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers or billing addresses.
2. Use of Images and Biometric Protection
We take personal biometric privacy very seriously:

Your images are used exclusively for user-initiated eye analysis and entertainment/educational insights.

We do not create facial recognition templates, conduct surveillance, or identify individual persons from photos.

We do not use user photos to train public generative foundation models or share images with data brokers.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted cloud infrastructure to securely process analysis requests:

Cloud Analysis Service: Image analysis is processed over encrypted SSL/TLS
connections hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure.

Store Billing Platforms: Google Play In-App Billing (Google LLC) and Apple StoreKit
manage all subscription and payment transactions under their respective privacy policies.
4. Data Storage and Deletion
Since Iris AI does not require you to create an account, there is no remote account database storing your identity:

Delete Scan Data: You can delete any scan from the app's History tab at any time,
which permanently deletes the image and JSON file from your device.

Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling the application automatically deletes all locally
stored scan histories and cached data.

5. Children’s Privacy
Iris AI is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable
