1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Free Trials: If you start a 3-day free trial on the Weekly plan, you can cancel at any time during the trial through your Apple ID settings without being charged.
Active Subscriptions: Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
How to Cancel on iOS: Open iPhone Settings → Tap your Name → Tap Subscriptions → Select Capy → Tap "Cancel Subscription".

2. Refund Eligibility & Request Process

Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund:

Apple In-App Purchases: For subscriptions purchased directly via the iOS App Store, refunds are processed according to Apple's guidelines. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, select "Request a refund", and choose your reason.
Direct / Web Inquiries: If you need assistance or purchased through an authorized merchant checkout, email kelebronofficial@gmail.com with your purchase receipt or transaction reference. We process eligible refund requests within 24 to 48 business hours.

3. Processing Time

Once issued, refunds generally appear on your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or Apple balance) within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
