1. Information We Collect and Process

We process only the minimum amount of data required to deliver our AI photo editing and retouching features:

• User-Uploaded Photos: When you select or capture an image to retouch, edit, or transform, the image is transmitted securely to our AI backend for the sole purpose of generating the requested edit. We do NOT use your personal photos to train public or foundation generative AI models without your explicit consent.
• Editing Prompts & Text Messages: Text commands (such as "remove background", "fix hair", "make polaroid") that you submit in the chat are processed to guide the AI image generator.
• Device & Technical Identifiers: Non-personal device diagnostics, such as device model, OS version, app version code, anonymous device authentication tokens (Google Play Integrity / Firebase), and crash logs to maintain app stability.
• In-App Purchase & Subscription Records: All financial and credit card information is processed exclusively by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your credit card details. We only receive purchase receipts and subscription tokens from Google Play to unlock premium capabilities.

2. Generative AI Policy Compliance & Content Safety

In adherence to Google Play's Generative AI Policy:

• Automated Safety Filtering: All incoming prompts and image generation requests are automatically filtered to prevent the generation of illegal, non-consensual sexual, hateful, or abusive content.
• In-App Content Reporting: Users can flag and report any objectionable, offensive, or inaccurate generated image directly inside the app using the flag icon (⚑) in the full-screen photo viewer or by selecting "Report content" in the chat message options. Reported items are reviewed promptly.
• No Public Model Training: Your private images are never added to public machine learning datasets.

3. Device Permissions

To function as a photo editor, the app may request the following Android permissions:

• Photos / Media Access (Storage): To allow you to choose existing photos from your gallery for editing and to save exported results back to your device.
• Camera (Optional): To allow you to take a new selfie or photo directly within the app to edit.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, Optional): To notify you when a complex image generation has finished processing.

4. Data Retention and Storage

Images uploaded for processing are stored temporarily in secured, ephemeral cloud storage for the duration necessary to execute the AI transformation and return the result to your device. Generated images are cached on your local device storage so you can access your project gallery offline.

5. User Data Deletion Rights

In accordance with Google Play's Data Deletion Policy:

• You can delete any project photo or generated image directly inside the application at any time.
• You can request complete deletion of any associated data, anonymous identifiers, or usage logs by contacting us directly at kelebronofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Requests are fulfilled within 30 calendar days.

6. Data Security and Transmission

All communication between the Android application and our processing servers is protected using industry-standard TLS / HTTPS encryption in transit. We implement strict access controls, modern token-based authorization, and monitoring to protect against unauthorized access.

7. Google Play Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription options (Weekly, Yearly) and free trials are managed through Google Play In-App Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store account settings:

Open Google Play Store → Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Select "Y: AI Photo Retouch & Glow Up" → Cancel subscription.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we take immediate steps to delete such data.
