Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription on Google Play?

You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time directly through Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Find Y: AI Photo Retouch & Glow Up and tap Cancel subscription.

Your subscription features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Make sure you are logged into the same Google Account that purchased the subscription on Google Play. Inside the app, open Settings → Upgrade (or tap Restore Purchases in the top corner of the paywall). Google Play will automatically verify your entitlement and restore Pro access.

How do I report inappropriate or offensive AI-generated content?

We take content safety seriously. In compliance with Google Play Generative AI standards, you can report any objectionable output directly:

  • In the full-screen photo viewer, tap the Flag icon (⚑) in the top-left corner.
  • Or long-press on any bot message in the chat and tap "Report content".
  • Select the reason (e.g. Inappropriate/Offensive, Violent, Distorted) and submit. Our moderation system will review the report immediately.

How do I request deletion of my photos and data?

You can delete any project photo directly from your app's project history at any time. If you wish to delete your entire account, usage logs, or any associated data from our servers, send an email to kelebronofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", and we will fulfill your request promptly within 30 days.

Are my private photos used to train public AI models?

No. Your photos are processed securely in temporary cloud buffers solely to perform the requested edits (e.g., retouching, background removal, styling) and are never used to train public machine learning models without your explicit consent.
