Welcome to Christian Lock (the "App"), operated by Dmytro Mishchenko ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms & EULA

These Terms, together with Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), govern your use of the App. To the extent there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s EULA shall prevail. You can access the standard EULA here: Apple Standard EULA.

2. Description of Service

Christian Lock is a tool designed to encourage time management and spiritual focus. It allows you to block certain applications on your iOS device using Apple’s native FamilyControls API. Access to locked applications is restored only after you successfully complete a customizable prayer flow, or when an emergency/work bypass timer expires.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

We offer premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly and Yearly plans):

Auto-Renewal Terms (Apple App Store Requirement):

  • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription, including turning off auto-renewal, at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Usage Limitations & Disclaimer

While Christian Lock provides toolsets to shield yourself from social media distractions, we make no guarantees that the shields will always remain 100% effective in all network, system, or OS environments. In no event shall we be liable for any productivity loss, failure to block, or bypass of the App Lock framework. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

5. Intellectual Property

The App’s logo, design elements, animations, check-in flow templates, and scripture layout engine are the exclusive property of Dmytro Mishchenko. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any assets or code from the App without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to premium features in the event of fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, or violations of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
